Hylands Burren Hotel with Wines Diect and San Simone Vineyard will hold a Food and Wine evening
This evening will celebrate the best food and wine that both have to offer. Hylands Burren Hotel will showcase a delicious tasting menu using local, seasonal produce. The food will be prepared by Head Chef Loic Truffaut and his team.
Meet the wine maker, Anna Brisotto, she along with her siblings, Chiara and Antonia are driven by family pride and passion. They are the fifth generation to make wine in the Friulian vineyard.
