The Hyland's Burren Restaurant specialises in local seafood; the catch of the day, fresh from Ballyvaughan’s tiny harbour and comes widely recommended. The finest chefs and the freshest of local produce combine to make just some of the delicious meals our head chef and his dedicated team prepare every day. A special feature of the hotel is the fresh seafood, our catch of the day and the Hyland's Burren Hotel's famous home–baked scones, cakes and desserts.

The Burren Bar

Traditional Irish musicians and storytellers often frequent the Burren Bar, which has a wonderfully enchanting atmosphere.

The Burren Bar’s Extensive Local Seafood menu is popular among County Clare diners. Our Burren Bar menu served daily from 12.00pm to 10.00pm offering fresh Local Seafood and Catch of the Day, simply prepared and very fresh, “just as it was done years ago”.

The Hotel dates back over three hundred years. It is renowned the world over for it's superb Local Seafood which attracts people from the five continents. Enjoy the finest local oysters taken with Catherine’s Home baked brown bread & Scones, washed down with pints of Guinness.
